Crafted from high-quality unibody AISI 304L stainless steel enclosures (AISI 316L available upon request), E COR X enclosures offer exceptional durability and a modern aesthetic. Designed for reliability and versatility, the E COR X series provides a range of features and customization options to suit your specific application.
- Pre-grained stainless steel, AISI 304L (316L upon request)
- Concealed Drip Shield - Drains water away from enclosure
- Pour-in-place Silicon Gasket - Provides durable ingress protection in corrosive environments
- Double-bit Quarter-turn Lock – Provides secure closure with key access
- Reversible Orientation – Enclosure body has no pre-drilled holes so orientation can be flipped to provide hinge side configuration as required
- Slotted Mounting Panel - Available in white powder coat or galvanized steel

- Single door: 12x8x6” to 55x31x12” nominal / 300x200x150mm to 1400x1000x300mm
- Double door: 31x39x12” to 48x39x12” nominal / 800x1000x300mm to 1200x1000x300mm
Construction
- Precision manufacturing process: Fully automated raw material handling, fiber laser cutting, robotic bending system, CNC controlled welding system for fast, clean, precision construction.
- Material - Housing and door (with formed corners): pre-grained AISI 304L stainless steel (AISI 316L upon request), Hinges: stainless steel
- Thickness: Housing: from 1.2 to 1.5mm Door: from 1.5 to 2mm Mounting plate: from 2 to 2.3mm
- Gasket: Two-component pour-in-place silicone foam seal
- Color: Pre-grained stainless steel AISI 304L
- Degree of Protection – Single door: NEMA/UL Type 1, 12, 3R, 4x, IP66; Double-door: NEMA/UL Type 1, 12, 3R, IP55
- Impact Rating: IK10
- Approvals: CE, TUV, ATEX (certain models), UL/cUL, RINA, EAC
